REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR UNIT TURNOVER SERVICES
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority for and in the City of Albert Lea is a public entity formed to provide housing and housing assistance to low and moderate-income households.
The Albert Lea HRA is accepting proposals for unit turnover for three units located at the Shady Oaks building.

Proposal Deadline: Completed proposals must be received at the office of the Albert Lea HRA located at 800 4th Ave South, Albert Lea, MN, 56007 or emailed to deborah@albertleahra.com by 1:00 pm on or before August 6, 2026.
