HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER/SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGRAM
The HCV waitlist is closed. HCV applications received by 5:00 PM on July 1, 2026, were placed on the waiting list in the order in which they were received. New applicants will be offered assistance when current voucher holders leave the program. When the waiting list reopens, it will be announced in the Albert Lea Tribune newspaper, the City of Albert Lea bulletin board, and on this website.
