Expected Hiring Range: Full-time, non-exempt $27.21 to $31.55 per hour (dependant on qualifications).

Qualifications:
Requires a High school diploma or a GED; and (5) -five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. 

Job Duties:

  • The typical work hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. Monday–Thursday.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversees the administration of the ALHRA office, including answering phones, utilizing office equipment, ordering supplies, meet and greet residents and the public; responsible for filing paperwork, financial reports. Knowledge of the administration of Public Housing and/or HCV programs is a plus.
  • Resident Administrative Duties: Maintain housing program waiting list(s) containing all applications received, input documentation into software.
  • Human Resource Administrative Duties: Prepares and verifies monthly payrolls; prepares, disperses, and collects time sheets.
