ALHRA Capital Fund Plan

The Albert Lea HRA has developed its Capital Fund Plan and is amending the 5-Year Capital Plan and its Annual Plan. The most current draft is available for review at the Administration Office located at 800 Fourth Ave South, during normal business hours. Comments on the plans may be submitted in writing by January 9, 2025, or at the public hearing. The public hearing will be held on January 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the Albert Lea HRA Community Room, 800 4th Ave South, Albert Lea, MN to provide public comment.
