Board of Commissioners

The HRA has a seven member Board of Commissioners that are appointed by the Mayor and City Council (one member of the Board is also a Public Housing tenant).  An ex-officio member (a local City Councilman) is also appointed by the Mayor to sit on the Board of Commissioners.
   Reid Olson (President) - Ex-Officio City of Albert Lea - term ends 12/31/2025
   Tom Larson (Vice-President) - term ends 12/31/2022
   Michael Bartz (Secretary) - Tenant Member - term ends 12/31/2022
   Larry Baker - term ends 12/31/2022
   Rich Murray - term ends 12/31/2022

   Linda Lares - term ends 12/31/2025
   Ted Herman - term ends 12/31/2025


Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:00 pm in the Albert Lea HRA Conference Room, 800 4th Avenue S, Albert Lea, MN.
