The Housing and Redevelopment Authority for and in the City of Albert Lea (HRA) is a public entity established to provide housing and housing assistance to low- and moderate-income households. The HRA is accepting proposals for the replacement of decks at a variety of its scattered site properties. Interested and qualified contractors who have successfully demonstrated their ability to perform any of the listed work are invited to submit proposals. Small businesses, including minority- and women-owned businesses, are encouraged to respond.
Completed quotes must be received at the office of the Albert Lea HRA located at 800 4th Ave South, Albert Lea, MN by 1:00 pm on May 1, 2026.
