The Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) waiting list for ALHRA closed on April 1, 2025.  Applications received before 5:00PM on Monday, March 31, 2025, were placed on the waiting list in the order in which they were received. New applicants will be offered assistance when current voucher holders leave the program.

When the waiting list reopens, it will be announced in the Albert Lea Tribune newspaper, the City of Albert Lea bulletin board, and on this website.
